Example:
If your plan allows 10 chatbots and you have created 2, the dashboard will display 2 / 10.

For each chatbot, you can view:

You can also click Manage to open and edit a chatbot.

Step 2 — Review Credit Usage

Below the URL field, SnobBots displays how many credits will be used for the FAQ generation.

This allows you to monitor resource usage before generating content.

Step 3 — Generate FAQs

Click the Generate FAQs button.

The system will begin:

  • scraping the webpage
  • analysing the content
  • generating relevant FAQs

Generation usually takes:

  • approximately 10–20 seconds

Timing may vary depending on:

  • page size
  • amount of content
  • website complexity

Step 4 — Review Generated FAQs

Once complete, the AI generates a list of question-and-answer pairs based on the webpage content.

You can:

  • copy individual FAQs
  • copy all FAQs at once

A confirmation message appears after copying.

Step 5 — Add FAQs to Your Website

After copying the generated FAQs, you can:

  • send them to your web developer
  • add them to your website manually
  • place them at the bottom of service pages

To reopen a previous FAQ generation:

  1. Scroll to the Generation History section

How to Run a Website Audit
